Workshop 3

Continue a professional discussion with your team. The presentations are approaching. This is a good time to make any finishing touches on your final project and start your presentation slides.

• What is left to finish for your final project?
• What is the outline of your presentation?
• Who will present which slides?
• While all team members will talk during their presentation, one team member is responsible for sharing their screen on Teams to share the slides and demo the project to the class. Who will be sharing their screen?
• Who else will share their screen in the event of technical difficulties?
• When will you rehearse your presentation as a group? Practice this presentation over Teams. You need to make sure that you are able to share your screen.

Before the day ends, write in text in Moodle (Workshop 2 assignment). Repeat the money list prompt from Workshop 1, supposing that you once again had $100 for each person in your team for a total of $200 or $300 (depending on whether your team is 2-person or 3-person). Write a list that contains the names of all project team members, including yourself. Based on the amount of work that you believe each person in the team has contributed, distribute the total amount of money among all team members.
