Week 14

Friday

Workshop 2 (Intermediate Code)

If you have not already, you must demo your project to the TA, ZI, or Professor. Your intermediate code should run and produce something, but it doesn’t need to be fully finished yet. The intermediate code which you demo must also be submitted to Moodle (Workshop 2 assignment). Include all files.

Your demo will take no more than 5 minutes. In the remaining time, discuss the following with your team. Be calm, clear, kind, and respectful in your discussions. Pay attention to what your teammates are saying and also how they’re saying it. Ask follow up questions if needed.

  • Is each team member contributing fully?
  • Are all team members present at meetings that occur outside of class?
  • How will the remaining work for your final project be divided?

Once you have these details sorted out, continue working on your final project.

Before the day ends, write in text in Moodle (Workshop 2 assignment). Repeat the money list prompt from Workshop 1, supposing that you once again had $100 for each person in your team for a total of $200 or $300 (depending on whether your team is 2-person or 3-person). Write a list that contains the names of all project team members, including yourself. Based on the amount of work that you believe each person in the team has contributed, distribute the total amount of money among all team members.

Submit the files including code to Moodle.
