You will be using the Kattis online system to work on programming problems in class. You may work in a group of two to four people. You will solve all the problems using Python.
You will have the entire class time to solve as many problems as you can (there are seven in total). Each problem is worth 1 point and you can do a maximum of 5 problems. This can be applied to your past exam 1 or exam 2 (not to exceed 100%).
You will an email on the day of the assignment with a link to download the starter code for each of the seven problems.
You will receive an email with links to access the problems. Submit your code to the Kattis judging system to evaluate your code. Once you have your code submitted and have passed the test, call over a TA, ZI, or myself to verify the Kattis passing score and we will record your points.
You may solve any 5 of the 7 problems to earn 5 bonus points to be applied to either exam (not to exceed a maximum score of 100%).
