It is time to start considering who you would like to work with for the final project. This will give you an opportunity to get to know your team members better and work on some group assignments before the final project. You will be permitted to work in groups of two or three.
One important factor of any group project is a clear understanding of group expectations. I have created a group contract form to help you make sure all group members understand the expectations that can help lead to a successful group project outcome.
Assignment
- Reach out to members of the class to establish your group of two or three people
- Download the group contract form template (it is also on Moodle)
- All members must read over the contract
- Group members may add additional expectations to the form, but NOT remove any from the template
- If everyone is satisfied with the agreement, they will put their name and date on the form
- All members will then upload the same completed form to Moodle accepting the terms of the agreement
Grading - 2 Points
- 1 point - You have identified and established a group of collaborators
- 1 point - (Awarded Individually) The completed form is uploaded to Moodle.
